S.H. Horikawa is one of the most infamous tin toy robot manufacturers in Japan during its golden era. They produced many different designs from the mid-1960s, originally in tin plate and later in plastic. Their robots and packaging are often simply branded with the initials S.H. The build quality of their robots are second to none and their designs are collected the world over. During their heyday they would often outsource the manufacturing process to other firms like Marumiya (later known as Metal House).
